Authority Brands Adds 9th Home Services Company To Portfolio

Columbia, Maryland-based Authority Brands, LLC has acquired STOP Restoration, bringing the home services brand’s portfolio to 9 separate franchise brands. Authority Brands now includes America's Swimming Pool Company, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, The Cleaning Authority, Homewatch CareGivers, Mister Sparky, Monster Tree Service, Mosquito Squad, One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, and STOP Restoration.

We’re excited to be working with their experienced team and look forward to helping them grow their presence across the U.S.,” said Rob Weddle, CEO of Authority Brands.

This newest acquisition marks the seventh brand acquired by Authority Brands since October of 2018. Terms of the latest deal were not disclosed.

All 9 brands together combine to provide home services through more than 1,900 territories operated by more than 1,000 franchise owners in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Kenya, and Indonesia.
