Wild Eggs is a contemporary breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant based and established in Louisville, KY. A private equity Fund purchased the Wild Eggs restaurant chain on January 18, 2023. Wild Eggs offers a creative, chef-driven menu, as well as an authentic espresso bar. Wild Eggs is open daily for breakfast and lunch from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends.

Franchise History

After hatching in Louisville in 2007, Wild Eggs opened four new franchise locations between 2013 and 2015.  In 2023, the company was sold to a private equity fund with a renewed focus on growth, technological advancements, and streamlining in-house operations.
